Renowned for creating the iconic AllOut, a leading global mosquito repellent brand, the group achieved significant success. In 2003, a strategic joint venture with S.C Johnson & Son, Inc. marked a milestone in the FMCG sector, culminating in a substantial exit.

The FMCG division managed six manufacturing units, 4 regional offices, 34 branches, and 600 employees, servicing 2500 stockists and distributors, reaching 700,000 retail outlets. Transitioning to real estate in 2005, the group embarked on a 226-acre integrated township project in Nagpur and collaborated in various real estate JVs. Investing in growth furnaces for single-crystal diamond production through the MPCVD process, the group expanded capacities, aiming to be a primary player in lab-grown diamonds and gemstones globally. Beyond, the group ventures into luxury design, nano-technologies, and PE/PIPE investments, showcasing a diversified portfolio.
